Anxiety can feel overwhelming, often showing up in ways that are hard to explain to others – it’s really only visible to one enduring it. Anxiety can affect our thoughts, our bodies, and even the way we move through everyday life. While everyone experiences anxiety differently, learning to recognize it and respond with patience, support, and healthy coping strategies for, not just yourself, but those around you can make a huge and meaningful difference. In this vlog, I share an honest look at navigating my own anxiety.

I loved that you said we can all be besties because if you didn’t already know, I’ve been calling you my bestie since I’ve known about you and the potential friendship we could create with your sister.
